Need a portable breakfast for a your desk? Here’s one of my faves!

Looking for a filling, healthful, nutrient packed & high protein brekkie idea that you can make ahead of time & will keep you full until lunch?

These take 3- 5 mins to make every 3 days and are super yummy. Being organised & planning ahead will pay mahoosive dividends to your energy & brain power!

OVERNIGHT OATS

1/2 cup rolled oats (I love the big cheap old fashioned kind)

1/3 scoop protein powder (I’m using up some @myprotein cinnamon flavour atm)

A cup frozen mixed fruit

Teaspoon nut butter (any kind will do but almond or cashew is more nutritious than peanut)

Drizzle of milk (any kind will do!)

Massive dollop or two of Greek yoghurt (again I use Aldi fat free but there are lots of other options)

Add all the ingredients into a bowl/ pot with a lid. I got all excited in the Sainsbury’s sale & got these totally unnecessary pots but they really do add to the excitement & pleasure of it all 😂. The breakfasts last for 3 days in the fridge.

Remember to add these ingredients to your shopping list if you want to super power your mornings. It’s super portable too so you could even take it to work & have it at your desk 🚀

People who eat a high protein breakfast are more successful with maintainable fat loss.
