My own journey into health and fitness started when I was in my early 30’s and it has absolutely changed my life. So much so that at 40 years old I began to help other women to do the same. Falling in love with health and fitness has allowed me to truly live the life I wanted to and Thrive, which is my dream for all women I work with. 

Looking after my health and fitness has provided an anchor point to me in many ways in the last 15 years, and has had a profound impact on my mental health as well as creating dramatic physical changes too. 

I’m so excited to be able to teach you everything I’ve learnt about how to move from being inconsistent to unstoppable. It’s life changing!

No quick fixes or gimmicks!

You won’t find any quick fixes here, or gimmicks or fads. My methods and systems that bring you clarity and solutions around food, exercise and your body are all evidence based.

I’m a huge advocate of walking the walk and leading from the front- I’d never suggest my clients do anything I wouldn’t do myself!

Introducing The Move Me Happy Method

Feel better, look better, love your life once again…

The Move Me Happy Method has evolved over the years- as all the best things too. The name comes from the time that I felt exercise brought me back to life following the death of our baby son.

On reflection, I can see now it was the love from my husband Kev and daughter Kitty that did that- but the name stuck. My clients definitely feel happier when they take control and work with me- I’m proud of the impact of this transformational method.

What is a THRIVING women? 

  • Bullet proof habits, including regular cardio and strength training for her future self.

  • Empowered in all areas of her life

  • Confident in her clothes, but knowing her appearance is the least significant things about her. 

  • Never worried about a weekend away or a holiday or ‘going off track’.

At the heart of my Coaching World is the core belief that anyone can make changes, with the right support.
