Online Coaching and how it’s helped me

I’ve been thinking a lot about how Online Coaching has helped me. Basically because of a conversation yesterday with someone who doesn’t think it’ll be as effective as face to face personal training.

I have worked with nearly 100 women in this way now, who have achieved transformational results with regards to fat loss, exercise and their mindset and confidence.

I personally chose to have an Online Coach as it means I get to choose someone who vibes with me, aligns with my values & I trust. I know, like & trust her… even though she loves about 300 miles away from me!

Thus my own Coaching isn’t limited by where I live or the hours I work or my other commitments & responsibilities.

My health & fitness is a top priority. I’m committed to it. Would I chose an Online Coach for this if I didn’t think this process wasn’t more appropriate to development and transformation than a face to face PT?

Having an online Coach has saved me a whole heap of time. It’s unbelievably flexible & has been instrumental in me creating a life I love and am passionate about.

I haven’t always been as fit, strong , resilient & healthy as I am now. Or as confident, or as committed to my own personal development. It’s come from Online Coaching. An earlier version of me wouldn’t have has the audacity to write such a sentence. It feels bold because it is. That’s what online Coaching has given me.

To dismiss Online Coaching because you’re not motivated enough to do things on your own without person standing in front of you is to misunderstand the whole point of Coaching & how it helps you recreate your health & fitness identity .

People used to say that it was ‘like therapy’ when they trained with me face to face. Well, exercise is not therapy & can not replace it. And I’m not a therapist.

But I AM an expert in supporting & empowering women to transform their lives by building a healthier lifestyle, through manageable, sensible & realistic steps.

I’m a Trainer, a certified Nutrition Coach, a ceritifed Menopause specialist and I’m doing my own personal work too. I have 20 years of real world and industry experience gained before I became a Coach.

I provide a compassionate & comprehensive nutrition, habits and movement Personal Coaching Service that is about the whole person. If you’re looking for holistic support to feel more confident, happier, stronger & fitter and develop the skills to manage and maintain this for the rest of your life -then here I am.
